Experience authentic greek cuisine
Owner and Executive Chef Evangelos Myronis was born and raised in Thessaloniki. He has trained and worked in top New York City kitchens, and has helmed the kitchen at his family’s much-lauded traditional Greek restaurant in Astoria. Now partnered with co-owner, General Manager, & brother-in-law Kenneth Eberle, he brings his experience, passion, and native cuisine together to create Aegean Estiatorio.
